Cancellations & Refunds

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance. The final price and estimated working hours will be confirmed before payment. I will notify you when work begins.

Before work begins: A full refund is available, even if payment has already been made.

After work begins: Partial refunds are available before final delivery. The amount retained will be calculated based on the actual hours worked in proportion to the estimated total hours agreed upon before payment, up to the agreed commission price. Any remaining balance will be refunded, and a breakdown will be provided.

After final delivery: Refunds for changes of mind are generally not available. Issues involving errors, incomplete delivery, or applicable legal rights will be handled separately.

Artist cancellation: If I am unable to complete your commission, a full refund will be provided.

Cancellation requests can be made through our agreed contact method. Approved refunds will generally be processed within 14 days through the original payment method.

All cancellation charges and refunds are subject to applicable law.
